Education & Experience
I currently hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on Child and Adolescent Therapy, and I began my private practice in 2024 after several years of clinical experience in the field. I also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported young people across a variety of settings—including community mental health clinics and educational programs. I’ve worked closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, emotional regulation, school stress, self-esteem, and social relationships. I also have experience working with youth who face learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and executive functioning difficulties.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I believe in looking beyond diagnostic labels to help young people build confidence, resilience, and tools for everyday life. I also understand how important it is for therapy to feel like a supportive partnership—not only with the child or teen, but with parents and caregivers as well. I strive to create a space where families feel heard and included in the therapeutic process, while always centering the needs and goals of the child.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring Seattle’s parks and trails, discovering new coffee spots, and browsing thrift stores. I also love staying in, cooking, watching comedies, listening to podcasts, and learning about health and wellness.
